- Successful career in the insurance industry in Barbados for 16 years.
- 7 year MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) member and held the position as Country Chair for two consecutive years.

Director and Group Legal Counsel
- Principal of the Knightsbridge Group, and a Managing Partner for the Group’s legal practice KnightsBridge Legal (KBL).
- Attorney-at-Law with 20 years post-qualifying experience and Master's
- Extensive knowledge of the legal and international financial services sector having worked in the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands for many years.

Group Business Development Consultant
- Group Business Development Consultant and registered real estate agent with over 6 years experience in the industry.
- Holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Florida International University.
- 10 years of experience in various start-up companies both as an owner and in senior management positions.
- Currently focused on commercial property development projects and renewable energy projects in the Caribbean and Latin America.
- Responsible for building relationships with project owners and investors regionally and internationally.
